Privacy Policy
- Normal priced items are exchangeable within 7 days from date of purchase with original receipt. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange under garments and pierced earrings.
- Items under "promotions" is not allow for exchange/refund.
- Legging and any white colour of Pants & Shirt is not allowed to exchanged.
- Strictly NO exchange for promotional items after the relevant promotion period.
- Strictly NO exchange for discounted items.
- Exchange items must be in original condition(tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
- If the size of item are not suitable with customer’s, exchange of item is allowed with other design. However, shipping fee of return and replacement will be borne by customer.
- Where the value of the item taken in exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, the customer shall pay for the excess; in other cases, the NO cash refund policy shall apply.
- If the products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund or exchangeable.
- We will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
- Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their Replaced Product within 5 working days after the confirmation.
- Exchange only available while stock last and cash refund is not available.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.
